    • Beauty products that have been opened

🚚 Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
  • Shipping Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Love My Nigeria is not liable for return items that are lost or damaged in transit.

  • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please Note: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please follow the standard return process. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item on our website.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will apologize for the error and arrange a prepaid return label for the item, followed by a full refund or a replacement, at your discretion.
